The CHI Employment Services
provides businesses with a pool of qualified job seekers. We have a 50-year history of providing quality services to the community, government and businesses in Montgomery and Prince George's County. Our organization has a staff of employees who are skilled and knowledgeable in numerous human resources related issues.

Our Mission
While CHI Centers's ventures have advanced in both complexity and diversity, our mission has remained consistent: To provide quality services to business, government and the communities in which we operate.

Meeting Your Human Resource Needs
A successful business begins with qualified and dedicated personnel: however, finding the right person for the job can often be a difficult and time consuming task. CHI Centers Employment Services can assist businesses with meeting their unique human resource needs and reducing the amount of time needed to recruit new employees.

  • Individual Placements
Under this placement, workers are usually paid and supervised by an employer in the community. The employer provides wages and the same benefits that are provided to other employees of the company. After the training period, our staff makes monthly contacts with the worker and the supervisor for follow-up and support.
  • Enclave Placement
Enclave placements involve a group of workers placed together at a job site on a permanent basis within the community. Wages are paid either by the employer or by CHI Centers, Inc. Our staff transports and supervises the workers every day. Enclave employment involves a contractual relationship between CHI Centers and a community employer.
  • Mobile Crew Placements
Mobile Crews involve groups of workers employed at different sites within the community on either a temporary or permanent basis. Wages may be paid either by the employer or CHI Centers. Our staff transports and supervises the workers every day. Mobile Crew employments involves a contractual relationship between CHI Centers and a community employer.
